HOW TO GO THROW HEART BROKE PROBLEM
Life is full of contrast, which means that the ups and downs are a fact. Although when the minimums reach a point where there is an inability to function and spend the day is questionable, attention to their mental well-being is very necessary.
Whether you feel you have been about to fall apart completely or not, this article can help you identify the symptoms that frequent negative mental states. With awareness, you can learn about symptoms and gain knowledge about self-care practices to help you increase your energy and get back up when you feel like falling apart.
That said, it's important to realize that we all need help at one time or another in life. It is unfortunate that many of us walk with a lot of stress and with the worry of keeping calm because we have created the floor so that we "should" be able to handle things on our own. That could not be the furthest thing from the truth.
I believe and have seen for myself that a strong and successful person knows when to get and ask for help.
As you've probably heard before, everything in life has a process and takes time, just like getting to the point where you are on the verge of a nervous breakdown.
Small ways of not listening to your needs and your personal care eventually lead to huge cracks that become evident in your mood and in the general state of your life. Not working properly is a sign that you are out of balance. How much is it that determines how close you are to falling apart completely emotionally.
However, being on the verge of a nervous breakdown is a severe mental and physical state. It deserves and demands serious attention.
Signs of a nervous breakdown
Consciousness is always the first step to help yourself, therefore, here are some indications that your attention to your self care and well-being is necessary, such as STAT.
1. You feel totally out of balance
When your mental, physical and spiritual self is out of balance, you will not be functioning well.
Being unbalanced will affect and be shown in all areas of your life: relationships, work, health, etc.
Some of us may feel "turned off" for a day or so and then find our balance. Even if your "shutdown" lasts for weeks and months at a time, this may be a sign that there is a bigger problem to address.
2. Your personal care is close to zero
The energy you give to your personal care acts as the basis of how you present yourself in your life. When you are struggling emotionally, often, personal care is the first thing you should do.
Forget eating, eating too much, sleeping too much or sleeping too little. Eat unhealthy foods, do not exercise and move your body properly and do not connect socially with others. These are all the ways in which you neglect the care of yourself, which will eventually have an important consequence.
3. You lost your joy
When you lose your enthusiasm and curiosity for life, it is difficult to feel and be happy.
Personal note: nothing is worth losing your joy for it.
Fulfilling the expectations of others, doing the same for everyone else other than yourself, feeling unprecedented in their relationships and feeling lost in their life are all ways that joy can wear itself out.
Feeling joy is what it is about living a good life, so when you leave, that's a big red flag.
4. Your physical body is doing all kinds of strange and unhealthy things
Your physical body keeps your emotions hard, so the stress that stays stuck in the physical body often becomes illness.
Your body is always communicating with you through its symptoms. Your body is and will always be talking to you, sometimes screaming if you do not listen initially.
When you are approaching a nervous breakdown, here are some physical signs that you may experience:
Tense muscles
Sleep disturbance
High anxiety
Loss of appetite or increase.
Reach substances / activities to cope with or fill a void, be it alcohol, drugs, food, sex, etc.
Disperse energy, go to fast, fight or run away from energy.
Panic attacks
Depression, extreme sadness.
Humor changes
Pay attention to your body because it is always talking to you through your physical sensations and symptoms.
5. You have thoughts of self-harm
Thinking about self-harm and getting to a point where you are seriously thinking about taking your life is a serious matter. This state of mind needs professional attention and is a clear signal that it has reached the bottom and needs help to get back up.
Now that you have a certain awareness of what the preparation and growth of living on a mentally unbalanced level entails, it can be a life change for you to have the tools to regain your balance, return to your body and return
